Is it to do with the mysterious stranger who recently came to Szesvar? The village doctor is skeptical, but the mayor is sure: it is a messenger of the devil. And he does not seem to have come alone: Eerie apparitions frighten the inhabitants, and a werewolf is roaming the woods.
